Banquet Information

Here are some tips for a successful Banquet.

Book Early. Weekends in the Summer, Fall and Winter fill up fast.

Rent includes floor space, tables and chairs. All other items are rentals. The FCC does not normally supply linens, cutlery, crockery or stemware, however they can be ordered by the Centre. We recommend Good Times Party Rentals.

Setup and tear out is the renter’s responsibility. The FCC can provide this service for an additional fee.  Early setup and late tear out incurs additional fees usually equivalent to 1/2 of the daily room rental rate.

Consult with your Caterer of choice to determine what additional services are on offer.

All functions serving alcohol require the employ of FCC Bartenders. They all possess AGLC Pro-Serve Certification. We recommend 1 bartender for every 60 guests. A Special Event License is required for all functions serving alcohol. These are available at your local liquor retail outlet.  A $4.00 per hear corkage is charged to cover all Bar incidentals and supplies. See the Liquor Policy page.

The FCC supports local suppliers and can recommend rentals, caterers, DJs and other support.
