When you are looking for space we need to know a few items:
- What is the event?
- How many guests?
- Seated or standing?
- Technical requirements?
With this information, we can select the proper amount of floor space that will suit your requirements.

Bookings: We recommend you make your bookings as far in advance as possible in order to secure your nominated date. We are now taking bookings for 2017 and 2018.
Deposit: A deposit in the amount of the total room rental is required to hold your nominated date(s). It is refundable if cancelled prior to 60 days. A refund will only be issued if the date can be re-booked or if sufficient time that if we feel that the date can be re-booked.
Kitchen: The Commercial Kitchen is NOT included with any room rental. You must book the kitchen separately. Please don’t assume the kitchen will be available during your event. Always check with the office.
Corkage Fee – mandatory: Included in the corkage fee – cups, ice, mix (pepsi, diet pepsi, 7-up, ginger ale, tonic, club soda), juices (orange, cranberry, clamato), limes, celery, spices. The corkage rate is $4.00/person (excluding children under 5) Please note that the corkage fee and bartender/supervisor are a mandatory part of the facility rental. All our bartenders are Pro-Serve Certified. You are not permitted to bar tend your own function. Ticket sellers should have Pro-Serve Certification.
